1General Terms & Conditions

Beg33 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming platform built specifically for Bangladeshi players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between beg33 and its users ("you", "member", "player").

These Terms apply to all beg33 services, games, promotions, and transactions. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Account Register

To open an account on beg33, you must provide accurate and complete information. beg33 reserves the right to close any account where false or incomplete information has been provided.

• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Residential Address

One Account Policy:

Only one account is permitted per person, household address, device, and payment method. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be immediately suspended and all bonuses will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3Age Verification

Beg33 strictly enforces an 18+ age policy. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Beg33 may request the following documents at any time to verify your age:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth registration certificate
• Driving License

If documents are not submitted or verification fails, withdrawals will be temporarily suspended.

4Deposit & Payment

Deposits on beg33 can be made through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Tap.

Deposit Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: BDT 200
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000
• Deposits are usually processed within 3–5 minutes
• Beg33 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Use of third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited

5Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from beg33 are subject to certain conditions. We aim to make the withdrawal process as fast and straightforward as possible.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 200
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000
• KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal
• Typical processing time: 15–30 minutes
• Complex cases may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification:

You will need to verify your identity before making your first withdrawal. This requires submitting a scanned copy of your NID or passport along with a selfie. All submitted information is kept fully secure and confidential.

6Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus terms:

• Reload Bonus: 50% reload every Monday, 18x wagering requirement

General Bonus Rules:

• Each offer may only be claimed once, not multiple times.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with bonus balance
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Beg33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination

7Gaming Rules

All games on beg33 are conducted according to specific rules. The rules for each game can be found on the respective game page.

General Gaming Rules:

• All games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified — results are entirely random
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, beg33 reserves the right to void the relevant bet
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software or game bugs will be voided
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• Bets on Sports Betting will only be settled once the result is confirmed

Sports Betting special conditions:

• Bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled.
• If a match is postponed and not replayed within the specified timeframe, the bet will be voided
• Odds may change during in-play betting, and beg33's decision is final.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on beg33. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of the bonus system or fraudulent bonus collection
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Hacking, use of bots or automated software
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in game code
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Using a false identity or forged documents
• Using third-party payment methods

9Account Closure & Suspension

Beg33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• If KYC verification fails
• At your own request (self-exclusion)
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months+)

Inactive Account Policy:

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as "inactive". After that, a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 or 10% of the balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer service. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

10Responsible Gaming
